Power of Partnership Award from BCS
2/10/2026
Meaningful service is built on showing up consistently for the next generation, and our commitment to local youth remains at the center of everything we do.
On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the chapter was honored by Birmingham City Schools with the Power of Partnership Award during their Board of Education meeting. Presented by Adrianne Marbury, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement, alongside district administrators and school board members, this recognition highlights our chapter's ongoing volunteer service, mentorship, and direct support for Birmingham’s students and schools.
True community impact cannot happen in isolation. It takes dedicated partnerships, shared vision, and boots-on-the-ground presence. Standing before the school board to accept this honor was a proud milestone for our brotherhood, but more importantly, it serves as fuel to deepen our commitment to education and youth empowerment across the city.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Birmingham City Schools for this recognition and for allowing us to be active partners in shaping our scholars' futures. The work doesn't stop here; we look forward to expanding our initiatives, mentoring more students, and continuing to serve our community with purpose.
